Beyond the Basics Silversmith Workshop | October 24

Spend the day building either a pendant or a ring utilizing 2-3 stones and sterling silver components. 

This is an advanced workshop and it is recommended that you have taken the Basics class, but not required! If you are new to silversmithing and this date works then sign up and come learn!

Pick your stones, create your design, measure and then hand forge the sterling silver into a beautiful, wearable piece of art! Suitable for those who have experience with silversmithing, this workshop offers a welcoming environment to work on building your skills.

Techniques you will use: hand sawing, sizing, soldering, stone setting

All tools are provided with the class. Participants will choose from a selection of stones and sterling silver components to create their piece.

Information at a glance:

This class will be held October 24th from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Please bring a sack lunch! There is a microwave available for use. Lunch break is 1 hour, but can also be used for continued work time.

Workshop will run approximately 7- 8 hours, with a maximum of 4 participants per session. Classes to be held at my shop in Litchfield, Nebraska.

Workshop is $180.00 plus Materials ($80-$300 plus tax**). **prices are subject to change without notice due to the silver market
